Smart home technology plays an increasingly important role in luxury residential developments, where privacy, security, and personalisation are essential. For towers such as the St. Regis and Raffles in Boston, these brochures were designed to present automation options in a refined and accessible way.
Through careful typography, imagery, and layout, the materials transform technical detail into a clear, elevated decision-making experience for prospective residents.
Raffles Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand founded in 1887 with the iconic Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Its first North American property, Raffles Boston in Back Bay, opened in 2023, bringing the brand’s refined approach to luxury hospitality to the city.

Working in collaboration with the Raffles marketing team, I designed a smart home brochure for the sales team to present to residents, using established brand colours to ensure a seamless fit with the wider Raffles identity. Alongside the brochure, smart technology was installed in the marketing suite, and educational events were hosted to support resident engagement.

The St. Regis Residences, Boston is a 22‑storey luxury residential tower in the Seaport District, offering waterfront condominiums with bespoke finishes and St. Regis concierge and butler services. The building combines high-end amenities like a pool, spa, and lounges with prime access to dining, retail, and Boston’s Harborwalk.

Austurhöfn is a luxury mixed-use development on Reykjavík’s historic harbour, combining high-end residential apartments with retail space in a contemporary waterfront setting. Located beside the Harpa Concert Hall, it plays a key role in the harbour district’s revitalisation and the city’s downtown expansion.
