TSP Smart Spaces
A leader in the luxury smart home space, TSP needed a brand and wider language that spoke to the luxury market and UHNWI and demonstrated a deep understanding of their target audience.
As part of a brand refresh, I conceptualised and designed a new showroom, defining the client journey and visual language across the space, including a custom reception desk, interactive keypad wall, events area, and hidden cinema.
Showroom
I launched a new website, balancing the need for educating the visitor on smart homes, showcasing products, while at the same time exhibiting a luxury high-end experience. Prioritising ease of use, both in terms of content and SEO, resulted in ranking consistently in the top three on high-intent keywords, regularly bringing in new business inquiries.
Website
I designed the keypad wall as a focal point of the showroom, creating an interactive installation that allows visitors to explore the full range of keypads and handheld devices while experiencing the high-end custom finishes available.

I designed custom notebooks as giveaways for our events. The front section would highlight an area of our services, such as ‘Lighting Design’, while the rest of the pages were gridded for taking notes during our events, or simply taking them home.
Notebook giveaways
I initiated the sourcing of local designers and makers for our client giveaways, developing collaborations that supported the local creative community. Working closely with these partners, we co-branded luxury items such as candles, cashmere blankets, and chocolates, which were used as end-of-project thank-you gifts.

Anytime a new ‘star’ project was finished, I would commission professional photography and create a case study brochure. This allowed us the flexibility to customise a pack to send out, depending on the scope of the project we were bidding on. As technology quickly ages out, we could retire one project without reprinting one large brochure.
Case study brochures
Our vans acted as mobile billboards, frequently parked in high-end neighbourhoods. I designed the vehicle graphics from concept to final artwork, ensuring they stood out visually while clearly communicating our contact details. The designs were carefully adapted across two vehicle sizes to maintain consistency, legibility, and impact.
Corporate fleet graphics
I designed the visual identity for a luxury-focused event series, which successfully attracted our target audience and featured influential panel speakers, with events consistently selling out. I also designed a post-event whitepaper, distributed on our website and social media to extend the reach of the series.

As part of a wider digital marketing strategy, I developed banner ads for pay-per-click, Performance Max (PMax), and retargeting advertising. We analysed the results to better understand audience behaviour and refine our approach for future campaigns.
Digital ads
I designed a weekly newsletter to showcase recent projects, share industry insights, highlight giveaways and whitepapers, and spotlight noteworthy product launches. This created an additional touchpoint with clients while reinforcing credibility and positioning the brand as an industry leader.

In 2024, I led the team through the process of achieving B Corp certification. This rigorous, year-long journey involved assessing and improving our practices across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. Achieving B Corp status was an important milestone, reflecting our commitment to operating responsibly and aligning the business more closely with the values of our socially conscious audience.
